missing glyph points after server transfer

There has been a bug that awakened classes which have 60 glyphs points, when server transferred, they lose the extra 5 glyphs points to go back to 55.

It had affected many players and I'm curious of what EME is doing atm to fix this. Does it get resolved by sending a in a ticket? Do they even know about this bug and working on fixing it?

I want to transfer a character but I don't want to lose the glyph points. A reply from any of the staff members would be nice, thanks.
