Event BAMs reduced spawn rate

Hey everyone, as I'm sure a lot of you have noticed, the spawn rate from the Bigger, Better BAM Hunt mobs has been heavily reduced/ninja-nerfed as of yesterday. Was just wondering, is this only gonna be the case on URF days as a countermeasure for people overfarming them too easily? Or are the rates gonna stay that low for good til the event ends? @seandynamite @CobaltDragon

    There are more people farming them now, so maybe it hasn't been reduced? Either way, they will need to make sure that there isn't anything sellable going into the token shop, because people have really racked up oodles of tokens. Everywhere I go, I see people farming them, so it's pretty crazy the amount of players looking for tokens. They can make tokens easier to get as long as they don't have anything sellable, because that is when people start using bots and all kind of cheating goes on.

    The BAM spawns that started on 5/18 are still running and will continue to spawn until 5/28 at 4am PDT with the exception of Vernos which is scheduled to end 6/1 at 4am PDT.

    I think it's referencing the fact that the BAM spawns were manually increased six-fold shortly after the BAM spawning began. However since the weekly reset that seems to have been reverted to the usual spawn rates.

    Prior to the BAM spawns being increased I was finding 0-1 titan BAM's per channel/zone. After the post stating the increased spawn rates, I found at least 3+ per channel/zone.

    Since after reset it's gone back down to only finding 0-1 titan BAM's per channel/zone. It definitely feels like it's been nerfed, or at least the buff has been reverted, which makes no sense.

    It definitely went down, even on completely secluded and empty places, which really sucks =/ hope you guys bump it back up soon, they're very very scarce right now

    I too feel the rate on bams went down... was so hard to farm them today.. and i didnt see ppl at all on my hunting zones.. so the argument of "more ppl huntimg them too" is not valid

    Yes I think it's just more people are farming them.
    I've had to move around a lot since I keep seeing people farm the locations I farm in.
    I'm usually done when I kill a couple in a channel since i'm one of those people who has stacked many tokens already.

    I found a bunch tonight and even 2 trees. Today's maintenance will bring the regular BAM letter rate back to where it was. That along with everything else should be sufficient.

    Kind of funny how y'all were the ones bragging about the hoards of letter you were getting, yet, your the first ones to complain when you're not getting said hoard. You all probably have more tokens than anyone else will ever be able to find, so relax.

    That still doesn't give them the moral right to ninja-nerf something that harshly "kinda hoping noone will notice"... Some of us were having a blast hunting the event BAMs...

    I never bragged or even mentioned the amount of letters I got, never even saw a tree XD Only bought 1 thing from the shop and was kinda hoping to maybe get at least something else but...

    @SingleBear not what we're asking XD I'm aware of the event's timeframe, was just asking the reasoning behind the spawn rate nerfs and if that's gonna stay on until the end or not :(

    Just yesterday night I was giving free points so that others could get letters.
    Do yall think it may be certain places that just don't spawn them as much at the moment?

    I was hunting today for a few hours... some zones only had 1-2 per channel, but when I switched to my last Area I was consistently finding 5+ per channel, sometimes 2 of them almost on top of each other
