Frostmetal and Stormcry skin looks....are they recycled?

Been away for a bit, and I know this game is more about costuming these days than anything original. But before I got into them are the Frostmetal and Stormcry skins pretty much just recycled older skins like usual? Or do they look unique?

    Yes.

    Frostmetal is some random old set, Stormcry is original Visionmaker.

    Thank you, and I think original Visionmaker armor was basically just the Conjunct armor look with different coloring, right?

    Like 99% of the gear were recycled Designs since 65 level cap, same with the bosses and areas. BH even recycles tera designs into other games... no comment on that #devilian
