Make items discardable
Is it possible to make items such as Piece of Amani Horn and Verdas' Journal discarable? They are currently unsellable, untradeable, unbankable and undisardable, and only serve to clog up the inventory...

I still don't understand why BHS forces items to be locked in your inventory when they aren't claimed after the quest ends, or after the content is removed (see: the letter you got for Demon's Wheel that still couldn't be dropped after DW was phased out).
The issue is just that they need to remember, on an on-going basis, to write a script that removes these items whenever they remove content that uses them, and they're just not that disciplined or detail-oriented. (EME is getting better about this for their own items, as noted by the journals being cleaned up, and now the announcement for the anniversary tokens and letters.)
The reason they all changed to be non-discardable in the first place was because people kept throwing them out accidentally when cleaning their inventory and then contacting support to get new ones. So the publishers asked BHS to make these sorts of items non-discardable so people would stop bugging them. On the whole, the annoyance of having them remain in inventory late is not quite as bad as people discarding them by accident and needed to clog support, but obviously it's not a perfect solution either unless they're very disciplined about it.
I had to do this many times, Support responds within at least 24hrs, if not then no more than 48hrs.
