Anyways, i dont think there is anything to do with your trace route.
Sadly, we are south americans and they dont care a sh*** about us.
The only solution to high ping, is closer servers to our location, and it is not going to happen ever.
Do you know if they switched anything in the last week or so?
I went from 15 ping (relatively close to the servers) to spiking 300-2000 during primetime.
Doesn't look like anything switch globally anyway. But it may be something changed between you and there. Here's what I'm seeing at the last hops to the DC. What are you seeing?

I am getting the same massive lag, only on Tera, I don't know what they did or what its happening, but I used to have 90 to 100 ping now it's 300+ in highwatch, and even got up to 8000 during a CS match
Also, may want to check if it is just with TERA or if it is also affecting the latency to your router as well. What I mean is in the past (this was before xigncode) I was getting horrible ping lag when playing TERA. When this ping lag was happening, I found that even pinging my router resulted in excessive lag. Fixed it for the most part with TERA by setting up traffic shaping on my system.
Sounds like the ping lag increased quite a bit for you. Reminds me of what I was dealing with before setting up traffic shaping on my system. Sometimes the ping lag would get so bad that the client appeared to get out of sync with the server. Everything would just stand there. Sometimes I could still move my character but not attack. When that happened I would have to exit the client without using the logout function since the logout function wouldn't even work when the client got in that state.
That inventory issue sounds like ping lag to me. I have also experienced such a symptom before. I suspect that the client needs to communicate with the server to open the inventory. I wonder if xigncode is messing with the packets.
Also I'm from EU and I don't play peak times.
But no one will do anything about it I guess. Take it or leave.
