Missing 5 Apex questline glyph points after transferring character.

Recently transferred a character of mine from CH back to TR. I completed the apex questline on CH and once I had transferred my character back to TR the 5 glyph points received from the questline are now missing. I've posted a ticket regarding the matter but I was curious to whether anyone else has experienced this issue.

I'll keep this updated once I get a reply on my ticket for others having the same issue.

    Got a reply, I was told the ticket was directed to the appropriate department for further investigation.

    I'll continue to update this as the issue is being investigated.

    Forgot to update this sooner, but I ended up getting the 5 Glyph point item you receive at the end of the Apex questline via parcel from a GM. this is apparently a temporary solution to the issue currently occurring. You still will not have the apex/awakened icon near you name, this will probably be fixed in the future (hopefully. not holding my breath though).
