sry for the question but im sure a lot of people think the same way. can i delete a character lvl 65 with soulbound gear and create another with the same name, keep my soulbound gear?

    You lose all gear and items when you delete. it's why after lv 45 it forces you to wait 24hrs to delete a character

    Why would you want to delete it and remake it afte with the same name? Essentially if you want to do it for race or appearance change just save some gold and buy the voucher from the broker or someone else who has Emp to sell. If you feel like spending money, get one off the store.

    I think its more of a hypothetical question his items say soulbound to bloopbloop and if he banks it and makes another bloopbloop would he be able to get that same gear. I would think most likely not and there isn't a real reason too.

    It would not work. The soulbinding works by charater ID in the game files and if you delete it and remake it will make a new ID so it will not retain the ability to use that gear. That’s at least on PC, haven’t tried on console.
