my game freezes help !!!!

every 5 minutes the game freezes for 6 seconds, when I open the bank or inventory entering a new area it freezes too :'(:'(

    Sounds like a similar problem to one I used to have. With me, it appears to have been due to network connectivity. (Latency would basically die momentarily causing lengthy freezes.) I got it fixed for the most part by setting up traffic shaping on my system to help get better responsiveness in regard to network connectivity. It isn't perfect, but TERA ran much better afterwards. Not sure if this is your problem or not, though. Just mentioning it since it sounds like a similar problem to one I used to have.

    how much did something like that cost you if you don't mind me asking. also is that a 1 gb video card or 11 gb?

    I don't know much about computers. I don't know much about my laptop my parents bought for me that I play tera on. sometimes I hear people talk about them.

    2,000-3,000$ depending on when they bought it most likely, gpu-ram-cpu-motherboard alone is 1,700-1,800 before taxes. These are US prices though, generally higher in other countries.

    For the problem though, check to see if Windows Defender/Anti Virus is doing too much work while the game is running.
