order of attributes

should I follow the order of the attributes exactly as in the image or do I just need to have those 4 attributes on the weapon regardless of the order?

  • Firstly those guides were made for PC. Different patches and so on

I would use those as a rough estimate on your character and not something to define you.

I'm assuming you're using a healer based on those rolls.

I have zero attack speed bonuses on my mystic and have no issues with animation lock. I roll for healing if possible if no healing can be rolled on the item I roll for damage

No matter the patch healer rolls are always the same. You do absolutely want attack speed as a healer. At least rolled once. Hard mode dungeons where the enemy animations are extremely fast you will find yourself stuck casting skills when a deadly attack hits you.
As a second option I would recommend having top stat as Cooldown decrease and other 3 lines the same.
The order of them only matters for the first line as you can roll it again on the lines below. The other 3 can be in random order but still the same - attack speed, healing, cooldowns.
I personally use double attack speed as a priest and double Cooldown reduction as a mystic. It’s down to you preference though. Do not roll for damage as it’s useless for a healer unless you play only solo (not even use group finder for dungeons), but then just play dps instead as healers are generally bad for damage.

I changed my jewelry a bit since then, but rolls are still virtually the same (weapon definitely still the same).

here is my build on priest and I heal rmhm with this with ease. attack speed is unneccesary for any healer. It does help a bit, but is completely up to the player and if you need attack speed to make up for your lack of skill. I come from 7 years on PC and never needed attack speed for mystic or priest there either.

BTW @Emerose1 attack speed is part of the nubrolls we recommend on PC to get you started. Not for experienced players and I NEVER recommend it because it gets you used to something that will only hurt you in the end.

I don’t know what game you’ve been playing but ever since closed beta you needed attack speed. Back then you couldn’t roll cooldowns so almost every class had to be double attack speed. Even now there’s no other line you can roll that’s useful anyway besides the 3 mentioned above. And there is no compensation for lack of skill as I was in top 10 skyring players as a priest on the NA servers and mostly focused pvp wise but still doing end game dungeons. As currently being 424 coming back to console it is a preference to have attack speed as I tent to run with inexperienced players. Not that many people are able to do clears especially if you’re in a half dead server.

Order of rolls doesn't matter much as you'll have them all after +9 which is easy to get

Roll them in whichever order you like...as long as you get those rolls (2 CDR, a-speed and healing) on the weapon somewhere, it doesn't matter
