Old PC players that moved to PS4

this has probably come up before but I really wish they would throw some support out for players that used to play on PC before moving to console.
That being said one thing I noticed (this is mostly speculation off of the wording of various things I have seen so far) there is actually a categorization on making a support ticket for account issues that is "need help linking ps4 account" and when I sent in a ticket asking about getting my unspent EMP sitting on PC transferred (to which they said no) they did say "there is no way to link accounts at this time" (lets put the focus there on the "AT THIS TIME" it looks promising.

    I had tons of Emp left when I stopped playing on PC. I never tried to put the support ticked about. I cannot even log in anymore to my old PC account as the email I used to make it got deactivated and I don’t think there’s a way to reset it.
    If the support will ever come back on when the account linking might be possible, please post here as I would like to try to recover my old one.
    I’d get mad rich on console then lol.
