Swimwear costume not available for certain accounts?

My wife logged into her game today and received a swimwear costume in her item claim alongside a letter G for gunner. I logged into my account and did not get the swimwear costume, just the letter G. Are these swimwear items limited to certain accounts only? We both have Elite status, so why did I not get the costume?

I was wondering the same thing. My guildmates sent a screen shot of them getting the swimwear. We all have elite status, I even have the founders pack. Someone was saying that you will get it after clearing ten 410 dungeons. I'm pretty my lancer cleared 410s more than 10 times cause I always tank for my guildmates. I never got the helmet or the swimwear.

Aye, I'm sure I cleared 10 as well. And I have three alts who regularly do dungeons, with two more chars on the PS4. Either way, it is pretty bad that EnMasse were so vague about all of this. More people would have queued for the 410's if they were told exactly what rewards were on offer. There needs to be more incentives for people to queue for these dungeons, especially the 417's...

I feel you bro. I was even thinking about buying another founders pack for the flying mounts, but after not receiving the swimwear made me lose interest. People got for free then I'm gonna need to buy one for myself from TB. I put the same amount of time and effort like my guildmates did and they got rewards not me. I was their tank! RiP!

Yeah, I've just reinstalled TES Online after this. Sort of the final straw for me. I'm also sick of hitting a brick wall once each char reaches 417 too. None of the dungeons pop at that level (or extremely rarely) And now bugs like this

Ikr. I have a 422 serk with good rolls and good crystal and only does 3mil when monster is enraged and yes I'm attacking from behind. Then my guildmate has a 411 serk that does 6mil crit.. wtf?! Lol now this.. I told my guild I'm quitting and my guildmates are telling me that lootbox for swimwear is coming out soon. I'm like wtf, people got it for free then I have to pay for it again.. unfair man

Yeah the damage seems to be all over the place in this. All the builds seem to rely heavily on crit factor too, at the expense of other stats, which is really strange for an mmo, let alone an rpg.

Aye, being told that swimwear is going to be locked behind terrible rng in lootboxes is hardly going to keep people playing the game. I've opened loads of these boxes, and just get things to upgrade my gear out of them. Never any mounts or costumes. Also, how are people getting costumes for Ninja? The class isn't out yet, and I would assume that when you get a costume it is locked to your class/race/gender. How is this even possible unless the devs are putting items in the TB randomly...

The weapons and costumes for ninja in TB is from Fashion Coupons, I think.

Thats one of the reason why I'm so frustrated cause I spent money on loot boxes and got some of the items I wanted, and its all rng. But to buy a lootbox for swimwear and hope to get it from loot box while other people got it for free is just unfair. Especially for people who bought founders and elite.

Ahh, that explains the ninja costumes on the TB then. I wasn't sure you could buy stuff for other classes on the fashion coupon page. I usually put my coupons in the bank for my alts to use.

Yeah, I've been Elite since day 1. Not bought founder's, but bought lots of mounts, boxes, and costumes for my wife and my chars, and even one of our daughters has had stuff bought on her account too. You would think that we would get something back for our expense and time spent in the game.

Exactly. But just like what you said, it seems like they just rolled the dice and picked random people to get the swimwear. They did fix the lag issues, thats a plus.. but for people who didn't get to reap what they sow is just sad af. I saw the announcement for that ten dungeons clears above 400 item lvl but the reward was the helm. Sht I never got the helm or the swimwear. Hahaha

Yep, I saw that helm advertised too. Not my cup of tea (unless you like your char to cosplay as a bloody roman centurion lol), but it's the principle of getting any little reward for our actions in the game. And we get nothing

Well, if it makes any of you feel better, i run about 4-5 410s a day with my guild and i never got anything from en masse for it. i was also disappointed when i heard my guildmate get a swimsuit that would look extra cute on my new elin lancer. En masse is losing customers left and right because they are definately showing that they only really want money, and arent interested in their core player base's welfare or for that matter, the welfare of new players. most xbox players are new to this type of game and players dont realize the difficulty that end game MMO's bring.

There’s a duplicate thread for this on the forums.
The reward box with swimsuit was supposed to be the helmet, which everyone should get after IMing 10 410 dungeons. It wouldn’t have counted if you did them with your guild, it had to be through instance matching.
