Priest edict of judgement bug?

Hi, title explains it all. Anyone else having this bug, where in a dungeon you use edict and it applys to everyone but yourself?
Can anyone tell me why it happens sometimes and not other?

    You can instantly cancel it on yourself by pressing the button twice. Happens to me when I think it didn't go off, press again and then I get the animation but no buff.

    This, if you shut it off and you're not benefiting from the enhanced attack skills, you're also not benefiting from the crit/power buff.

    Are you spamming the skill perhaps when using it? Because you can accidentally immediately cancel it after you use it. Happened to me on an accident a few times, especially when I froze or something and wasn't sure if I activated it.
