Alright, maybe there is information out there and I'm sure I've read somewhere about the complete how to but I keep getting lost somehow and idk...

I have the G and U but I don't know where to get the rest, I remember the N can come from dungeons? Which ones? Any helpful input would be appreciated.

    G: Collect your G from item claim today.
    U: Starting today, complete the level 65 vanguard quest ""Hunt the Level 69 brutal Naga Battlemaster" on the island of dawn and you'll receive the letter U.
    N: Starting Friday, june 15, complete any level 65 dungeon and receive the letter N. You'll 2 ofcourse, but you may complete the same dungeon twice as you wish.
    E: Starting Monday, june 18, complete level 65 vanguard quest "Hunt level 69 brutal Onyx Hydraths" on the Island of Dawn and you will get the letter E.
    R: Starting Thursday, June 21, complete item level 410 dungeon Lilith's keep or item level 417 lilith's keep (hard mode) and you will receive the letter R.

    2nd LKNM and first DFNM dropped a N, channelworks which I ran like 5 times didnt, anyways its working like it should I guess.

    Is anyone having trouble getting the letter E? I did everything that was required but I cant get the E. I get the U and I have 5 of them. But cant get the E any help will be Appreciated.

    I couldn't get the quest too, I did this to resolve, unequip gear to lower your level, wait, equip gear to raise level, quest appeared. Hope that helps.

    channelworks drops it for me, but after the boss before the last, it isnt at the end lol, sounds buggy

    you had to lower your gear to get the hydrath quest? i though you couldnt get that until you were ilvl 417

    That was the only way for me to get the quest, I'm 423 on my reaper, not sure if 417 is a requirement.
