    i'm spanish and i know South America have the worst internet service plus people don't want to pay,and on top of that they complain.Many told me they steal wifi from neighbors.So figures...ignore this people because this cancer with them is not gonna end.Thanks god i live in Canada.

    Strange.. I'm currently staying at the coast in the states and my average is 110-120 and normal server lag brings it to a good 150. I'm pretty jealous if you are located in EU and get 120ms XD (I pay 60 bucks a month for actual fast down/upload speeds as well)
