    @CobaltDragon @BOBBYYYY I'm no customer services and I'm not a Social media specialist or whatever you call it, but I am tech support for a college. I have noticed that even when things come across my desk which are out of my workspace, I always tend to follow up with an "Ill will follow this up for you/ forward onto the correct people" then my customers are truly grateful, I even got a response once saying that they understand that I'm unable to fix the issue straight away and just really happy to get a response. I'm sure you have a really heavy workload and probably won't be able to respond to every post, but sometimes your customers understand it cant be fixed and just want a response. We are human after all we were made to communicate, help us feel like we are talking to another human, not a wall.

    Keep in mind I rarely look at the forums and I just play the game, this post wasn't supposed to be mean or anything and you probably won't be able to do this, but I found it funny because your post sounded like you were confused on why people wanted a response, I just wanted to give you my point of view and my experiences when working with customers.

    Yes please, I seen on gameforge forums there are active GMs that give feedback to troll posts you should do the same to keep up with the competition.

    Sadly there's no real competition between eme and gf because their publishing regions are different.

    Imagine if both publishers could publish in the same regions though, eme would have to step it up real hard.
    As it is right now they can be as lazy as they want, people from NA don't have much of a choice unless they're fine with using 3rd party programs.
