    I did more then 10 dungeon runs, never got the helmet. I wrote a ticket about that just a minute ago and I encourage everyone else who did not get their helmets to do the same. Support was always friendly and helpful when I contacted them, so just do that.

    I doubt they will do anything about it unfortunately. This was confirmed to be a bug where the helmet reward is giving swimsuits that were supposed to be in cash shop only.
    And if you did the dungeons without instance matching then you wouldn’t have gotten that helmet box...

    I did all my dungeons through IM, as I only have a family guild, and there isn’t enough of us to do a dungeon, so it always goes with full or partial pugs.

    As for the swimwear, are EnMasse going to remove this premium item from the people who have obtained it? It isn’t fair otherwise to let others pay for it in the cash shop when so many have got it free via a bug.

    It would be fair to do so. In the past they have done some things like send out gifts for everyone who didn’t get an item they were supposed to or remove something broken. Fingers crossed they just send this to everyone seeing how they screwed up.

    I just got my reply from support, they asked me to send a screenshot where they can see the number of dungeon runs completed, I sent that in my response awaiting their reply.

    Read the part where they talk about summer swimsuits from an event. I hope it won’t be hard to get and seeing as how summer festival is non level specific on PC then probably all level characters will be able to participate.

    They also talk about lootboxes and p2w and it seems promising with the way they are trying to address this. Less rng = better.

    Indeed, the amount of lootboxes I had to buy for the Blackguard outfit, it set me back some 30 to 40 dollars....

    Less RNG would be awesome. Heck some European countries are outright banning lootboxes because the governments of those countries view them as a form of gambling and they don't want the young'ins exposedto that.

    Yeah here in the UK tho no one cares as everyone and their mom is into slingo or some other form of online “game” gambling. With real money to bet. Football sweepstakes and horse racing...
    I just hope that whatever EME does it’s not utterly grindy and ridiculous.

    I think they will put those up once gunner is out.
    Other than that it’s weird as I actually receiver the roamin helmet after most recent maintenance. This doesn’t make any sense as I still have the swimsuit from the first helmet box...
    And idk what server you are on so it costs 300k? I see like 50k in mine and they don’t even sell.
