Nice job with the EMP shop
So I usually dont buy EMP (last purchase was a few months ago) but since Im digging the look of the new wings I tried purchasing some EMP to get the new celestial costume and this happens:

Error message: There is no data.[[BOQ_GetPaymentInfo]-[3510]Not Exist Payment Info]
of course the FAQ doesn't include any reference to that error code, so im expected to send a support ticket>>>yeah, fug that, Im done, how can you still be on business when you fug up something as mundane as a EMP purchase is beyond me, losing money because your shop isnt properly configured seems like a foolproof business strategy, so nice job

Thanks for the advice, weird because I have purchased EMP using Chrome a few times in the past no problem, will try a different one later, right now Im extremely pissed off
It sounds like maybe some browser update might have broken compatibility with one of their payment processors.
I do not know dude, I tried paying with Credit card directly from their website, I doubt the problem is in my side because I make lots of purchases every week both personal and work related on many different sites without a hitch
Okay, I'll try it out. And yeah, I'm not saying it's your side, but Chrome auto-updates all the time, so maybe that broke something on EME's site.
