Sparky mount archivement? Bugged. I Can't get the mount

Am l the onlyone experiencing this? I submitted a ticked . Already tryed with 2 different characters . But l Can't get the Pora Elinu tourist archivement with both soooooo no mount and cant get archkivement fron 2 of 6 pillars with another character. I guess at leas l have a free fruit salad. Im curious if this is happenning to others

    You need speak with certain NPC to get this achievement.

    You don't have to talk to the npc in pora elinu all you have to do is stand by Shalane wait until. Achievement pops before moving

    Same goes with the monuments after talking to them wait for the achievement to pop before moving. Some take a few seconds before registering

    Ty guys l did what you say. I spoke to shalane and Pora Elinu popep up. And about the 6 totems scattered arround the world l got the Archivements al toguether at the ext day on 1 caracter by summiting a ticket " support guys ln this game actually exist and are awesome". The other archivement that didnt pop up was for kanstrias region tourist or the one of the mayor town in kanstria but it pop up after stayin like 30 min wonder around reputation stuff so those archivements are not 100% gettable at first try and can get trouble. Eventually l got all.
