Can we get R yet?

The event says we're supposed to be able to get R from completing LK starting today, but I don't see the R listed on my vanguard requests. Anyone know if it's working yet?

    yes, you can I just finished Lilith's Keep and got R.

    But the R doesn't appear on the quest reward as other letters?

    It’s not a quest reward, you will get it as a drop from Lilliths keep just like the N letter.
