crab event: whats up with the times?!

there was a twitter post i think with the time 1 pm 5 pm and 9 pm i believe and now the times are different..
does anyone know the current time or when this event will end completely?

    ...I thought it had? If it hasn't I...I guess I'm not surprised. Communication seems to be at an all time low. Which is disappointing as they had been doing so much better.

    I think the crab event was on only leading up to the start of the summer festival, which started on the 21st, in this case that means it’s over already.
