When Tera first released , first character created was brawler , Was looking for skins to buy selected filter for this character via Tera store menu for weapon skins . Displayed Noblesee Smart Box . Bought it , was soul bound to my character but I was unable to use it .
Reported customer service for refund to buy something else . Was given this message

I bought weapon skin ice said it was fine for brawler when I filtered it . Tried to open box and failed . Stuck with skin I could not use , and I cannot transfer to another character . Would like to remove that skin from inventory and refund to buy another skin for weapon please.



My issue with all of this is . How the heck am I supposed to get help regarding the $150 founders pack mount , temper that I redeemed on my slayer class and have not learned skill yet because I already have silver wolf on that character $100 pack . And the past $50 pack and $30 founders pack were all mounts that I could trade or put into my bank ? Any ideas to a solution to some help ? As a heavy Spender and very active player ( my wife included ) we don't receive free things like bikini costume or extra rewards during leveling event that was doubled for some players. And many other free things that are being randomly occurred to players.

    Might be stupid question but - did you try to open it while your inventory was full? Other than that you can create another brawler and try to open it, bank the weapon before soulbinding it and use it on your original character.

    From what I understood, the box doesn't contain a weapon skin for brawler, thus cannot be opened by one (although it did show up when he filtered the skins for brawler). The box cannot be traded and is soulbound, so now he is stuck with a weapon skin box in his inventory he can't open.

    Exactly LucyKosaki , they didn't provide any assistance therefore , the mount I got from the $150 founders pack , that I have not learned yet , I assumed it would be tradable like the previous founder pack mounts , I redeemed it on my 65 slayer , that I have the $100 steel wolf silver on ( founder pack ) I would of not redeemed it on slayer and on a proper character with no mount that could of used it. Any ideas to get them to actually help me?

    This is really strange. I got the same weapon box for one of my characters and and opened on another. Then the skin itself was tradable...

    smart boxes are BOP while the skins themselves are BOE for some reason. most likely to limit the effectiveness of reselling skins

    knowing how things tended to go on the PC version with support you are much more likely to convince them to move the box to another character than you are to get a refund
