Where is the quest that has a marker in Freedom Plaza in Velika? It shows on the map, but I can't find it.

    In game there sadly there are quest marker not active, as example witch of halloween in witch college, or that you spoke about. Another example os the quest "perfect dreamstorm" part of a project who will never start on ps4 cause it aborted on pc

    I was wondering about the one in the witch location and the perfect dreamstorm ones too! Annoying that they can't just use an if statement to keep these from showing before they are implemented.
