Question about 2018 Swimwear

So on Thursday the 2018 swimwear will be available to purchase, I was wondering if the dyeables will be buyable for 4995 emp as the previous Celestial outfit was or if it will locked behind lootboxes with just the nondyeable being able to be bought?
