Characters crashing and unable to login to them @ Highwatch area

So my game has been running fine for the past few months, but just today when 3 of my characters walked to the same exact spot in highwatch, they all crashed. And whenever i attempt to log back in to them, my client shows the Fatal Game Client exception error when loading reaches 100%.
However, if I logged in to my other characters, the game does not crash, which leads me to suspect it's an issue with the Highwatch area only.
The location is at the area just below the steps to the relativity stone where NPC Dougal is.
Not sure if it's a problem on my end or the server, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

    it definitely sounds like a corrupt game file when loading some object in Highwatch. Have you tried running repair on your client?

    already ran it so its probably nothing wrong with my end

    I have it too, 5 of my chars's having the same error, BUT it happens when I change MAP... like: my gunner moved to velika: Crashed at 48%... i'm not able to play with my gunner again. Same with my brawler: teleported to Pora Elinu... CRASHED, cant login braw' again. And reaper, and Slayer. Ran Repair tools, it downloaded some files and so so, doesn't work X_X.

    I have a Ticket in support but it says 7~14 days to answer new tickets. I'm still waiting ^^

    My character crashed around the same area in Highwatch yesterday. Most of the time this happens due to corrupt area file.

    I have faced character crashes couple of times in the past 1 year in different areas. When my characters crash, I raise support ticket. Support personnel asks to run Repair from the launcher and then they move character to Velika. Most of the times this does not resolve character crashes. After support moves your character to Velida, you can try going back to the same area.
    If your character crashes again, the only option is to reinstall the game. I still do not like reinstalling game to fix such issue. I wish if it was possible to delete area file and repair would download specific area file.

    Well I tried reinstalling and it works now but yes I agree it's a really bad way to fix the problem.
