Okay, fine. It's not the same thing. But it is similar enough in structure to the old GF token days.
If you have multiple characters and you don't use the one with the most tokens for whatever reason (of which there may be many), you don't have a lot of options afterwards, much like with the old GF tokens. In this case the end result is irrelevant - I have a secondary currency I can't bank, and thus can't optimize gaining more of that currency without either essentially starting over with another character or waiting however many hours for the Vanguard Quests to reset.
The game is punishing enough to people with many characters and/or not a lot of time to play. We don't need yet another middle finger from the game at this point.
Also, that's the absolute best-case-scenario and I'm confused as to why you brought up what many consider to be common knowledge.
that has already been added to NA, i rarely see them drop though and they only drop 1 at a time as far as i know
I got the dragon after 400 dragon scales, so not everybody has ur luck
Yeah, I've been doing PoP and I get one scale every 6~8 runs. So not that much lol. The BG's only gives one scale, last time I did CS I got 14 losses in a row, lol, most of the players only gets 50 % win rate anyways. So its a 25-30 min average for one scale in CS and 20-25 min for fraywind, if you are not in a bad day, with 14 losses in a row, lol.
