How do I get to item level 439?

I have FM armor +0 (Twin swords, boots, gloves, cuirass), daylight earrings and rings along with a frostmetal belt. In addition to that I have a daylight necklace, an empowered brooch and Insulated signature innerwear. Despite all of that im still item level 437? Does anybody know why?

    Check the effects that you picked on your weapon, chest, feet and hand armor? Any green ones there will lead to a lower ilvl, they need to be all gold/yellow.

    Almost 100% sure it's gear rolls related, one of my characters is sitting on full Frost +0 with gold pantsu and daylight (or I think it was Bellum? not sure) and it's sitting at exactly 439, also, regardless of the class you play, check out EssentialMana website and look for a guide about your class, while some are outdated what you'll be looking for is the gear rolls and those are pretty much still relevant, not all yellow lines are good either, that site will give you the best per character rolls.
