How do u get it?i logged in and it tells me i can not create anymore characters.so what the crap..so far i cant get the free stuff.free mount.now free slot

    in the start menu under the eme store tab there should be 3 options for elite, item claim, and store go to the item claim one and it should have any free packs from things like PS + and the character slot from the gunner launch event
