eme i asked 4 people today and all have 30+ ping then usual,i have 150-160 usually ,today i have 180-190?
there is a problem on zayo or something?

    again 30 more ping then usual it jumps again to me and some friends that is online..

    To avoid creating another thread, Today i just logged in, and was greeted by a very high ping of 200ms, just by standing idle not even doing anything. It gets worse if i enter dungeons or use skills. This started since the last maintenance. While 200ms might not seem high for you, is high enough for me to feel it and impair my gameplay (i am a lancer, and even pings higher than 100 affect my gameplay negatively) And before you ask, no is not my ISP, cause i have 200mbps and i just tested it out the other day, its fine, and other games work even better now.

    To confirm this, it would help if you post your traceroute to diag.enmasse.com. 99% of the time with this sort of thing, it's something along the route, but isn't specifically your ISP or your connection.

    Your internet speed has nothing to do with ping.

    You can get 1 GB/s if you can afford it and your ping will be the same.

    Again the ping is high today for like 5-6 hours now...
    please eme fix it for ever i think its because the events idk.. but again ping is like 30 ping higher and there is more ping spikes as well,really all this week there is been alot of lags/ping spikes and if you think its only for me i asked alot of ppl there is ping spikes/lags for everybody i asked...
    please fix it.

    They asked people with ping-related problems to send their diagnostic information to them at [email protected] so they can aggregate people with the problems (which routes are having the issues). See also:

    Yup, it's terrible atm. From central EU we usually have 140-160 ms latency (and it's still very playable).
    But we've got some huge latency problems for several days.
    Every day, around 6-8 PM CEST ping stays at 250-280 ms and spikes even up to 400ms. Can't even do the basic chains on lancer.
    This is literally unplayable since this happened.
    And actually I've noticed, that even the EM website works very bad, whenever this happens.

    We've been playing on NA servers from at least 4 years, and really I don't remember this big ping issues..

    yea exactly as you said!! it was started like 1 week ago eme please i play here for like 4-5 years and it never happens right now i cant play because that ping after 4-5 years.. my ping is usually 150-160 now its above 180-190 and ping spikes to 230+!.
    please eme check it and fix it if you can its week now that i cant play normally at all!.

    Having the same issue here, playing from western Europe, started a couple of days ago. Never had this happen before...

    If it's a problem on the route in from Europe, the amount that EME will be able to do is extremely limited. It'd help if someone could post their traceroute to diag.enmasse.com (excluding the first few hops) to confirm where the issue is... but if it were inside EU before crossing the ocean, the hope for a fix is even lower.
