    Yeah, that's not looking good... Looks like it's something with Zayo in the UK before it crosses the ocean. :/

    To give some more input I'm playing from europe and my ping is normal as usual, stable 120.
    I did have some spikes last week though, especially in aan for some reason.

    Guys, I just think it's because of Mundial, many people watching matches by IPTV, so internet channels is overloaded.
    Just match finished, my ping back to normal.

    Actually, every time this in game ping issue appears I check, via speedtest net my ping to some servers set in Chicago (as I remember tera - enmasse servers are somewhere there). And it's always stable 140 ms latency, that's why I think that's not a problem with eu-na connection. EM has to do sth to the servers, maybe they switch them to some others, further from eu, which destroys playing experience. And it's always at the best eu playing hours :/ I really don't want to complain, but like I said, my connection to servers others than Tera's is stable. It would be nice if someone from EM could say anything about this case, cut so far I see basically whole eu has those issues.

    Even going to the same location, there are different backend providers that can cause different problems. I recommend doing the traceroute to diag.enmasse.com as above to confirm what's going on.

    Because it's happening during EU prime time (which isn't NA prime time), it wouldn't surprise me if it's an issue in EU. People in NA usually have trouble during the prime time here (which is a few hours later than EU).

    That's one of the top reason (next to the huge class imbalances and being tired of reroling) that i uninstalled Tera 2 months ago and now i rarelly check this forum to see if they'll ever fix all these issues but nope..another awakening bs 2.0 coming!
    As a LATAM player my ping was a stable 170-180 till they changed back to zayo on oct/2017 and it became an unplayabled 280ms+ mess on peak hours at least 6-8 hours a day.
    After i quit Tera i got no more problems, every game on NA (especially from ncsoft hosted on Texas) works very fine with stable 160ms.
    Prob it's just this zayo bs isp/datacenter that EME chose that got garbage routing that only work for part of the NA population...
    P.S: You guys with lag can use pingplotter and ping diag.enmasse.com to see how garbage na tera routing is on peak hours!

    still not fixed, my ping is so bad.. T_T its the routing from zayo my ping is spiking like crazy for 1 week and a half now.. and like i said before never had this problem for 3-4 im playing and im not the only one having problem from Eu region..

    the only response you'll get from EME is to use a vpn like wtfast/mudfish/etc, after they walk you through all the "turn off your antivirus! disable your firewall! paint your modem green! unplug your router!" stuff, because this isn't a problem on their end or your end, it's a routing issue between different providers (think of it as a traffic jam on the roads, even though it's not that simple - your traffic is taking the long way around to avoid the jam, and those vpn's are like toll roads, letting you bypass the jam without slowing down)

    I'm surprised this issue is still ongoing after checking the game out after a long vacation break. Good to know it's still not fixed so I don't have to come back because this peak time is only when I can play after work.

    Is normal with EME. They want more streaming and sell more items in their store before repair lag spike, instability, and freeze on the server. I get 3k ms in less 2min every hour and constant freeze or big lag spike.

    I only can do Guardians and tras.h dungeons like RG, SF or KD. If I try to do AAHM, I die because can't iframe red magic mechanic with the delay on skills or simple, get freezes on the screen and I'm die like a noob.

    If you have a NASA PC, Tera make it a potato. :v

    yea i still have problems sended a ticket to eme they responded,they said he sended the information , no eta when it will be fixed,i did eme diag diagnose it was nothing on my computer(of course),i think its really zayo Eu routing right now that has the problems... never had it before and i playing 4 years on tera,first time its happening here(not only to me of course to alot of friends i play with have the same problems,and same after 4 years of playing as well)i hope it will be fixed soon because i want to play normally again..
