Let Mystics Queue as DPS

Just like Warriors and Berserkers can queue for instances as a tank, Mystics should be allowed to queue as a DPS. Please make this happen EME.

    Inb4 1 priest, 2 mystics, 1 ninja and a brawler in IM? I can see that working well with full pugs that can barely put their crystals together properly.

    Better yet, let more than one healer enter an IMS raid for things like Demokron's factory. If I have a dps and a priest and a tank, I can queue for DFNM. But if I have a dps, and a priest, a tank, and a mystic, then "the party composition is not valid" when I try to queue, even though duo healer raids often result in smoother runs and better dps.

    I second this, as it'd be more insurance for a party's ability to clear even if it takes longer.

    They could make it like warriors last year (only 1 per party, even if one queue as tank)

    I saw a video of a Mystic in SSHM doing 1.2m/s DPS, so they can't argue it isn't viable.

    Viable =/= feasible. Just because someone can pull it off doesn't mean EVERYONE can and should.

    Most people can't DPS properly on DPS classes, I'd certainly dislike seeing a SUPPORT class able to queue as DPS.

    Yeah, you put DPS rolls on your gear, buy DPS rings, use DPS crystals, and spam your 3 DPS skills behind the boss while using VoC and thralls. I do it all the time on IoD except without a tank. :D With a tank it would be amazing!

    So you're saying let your actual role in a dungeon rot and be DPS because you can. I could go full dps mode if I wanted to, while sacrificing heal potential and the reason this is not FEASIBLE in NA is because there's plenty of people that NEED to be constantly healed.

    Also, you answered the first question, and only partially, that's common sense, explain to me HOW to reach 1.2 m/s (consumables, rotation, glyphs, gear rolls, tactics, etc.) and show me a video of you doing it too while in a dungeon with no other healer, according to you it should be easy enough to do it and no one in the party should die in the process either.

    I'd support two healers for any 7 man, but healers as dps? No. Sorry. We are having enough of these hybrid classes. Brawler SORT of works because the tank job requires hitting things anyway, but healer is a completely different ballpark. Yes, healers do have some damage skills. But that does not mean they are meant for full on damage inside a dungeon. We have the dps role for that. Please let's not get the recent mystic update go over our heads. Mystic is and should always be a support class in a dungeon.

    All it would take is a dps setup and they would deal a wide range of damage depending on skill, just like a dps class. DPS Mystic isn't really all that complicated.

    In 2016 if you can't deal more DPS than a Sorcerer playing a Mystic while also healing then you are s-h-i-t.....


    If Sorcerers can do DPS , there's no reason why a Mystic which is equal and sometimes superior in damage outuput shouldn't DPS
