Everyone Grey Hair/Closed Eyes Bug??

For some reason even just standing in Highwatch Ch 1 or Even Ch 3, everyone around me either is or has grey hair n closed eyes and it seems annoying tbh.. its not even just 1 person its everyone.. Ive uninstalled/reinstalled tera twice, I relogged from exit screen or character screen also repaired tool at lancher and it still does the same thing! that everyone is grey hair n closed eyes!! Please fix tera!

    I’ve had the same problem for years, hope they get a fix. Currently you can relog and that usually fixes it.

    This is usually caused when your client doesn't get/process the packet for a character's appearance in time, basically showing the defaults/0-value sliders... i'm not sure it's a bug on tera's end, more likely a problem with your computer or internet connection not processing them in time. Does it do the same thing in places that aren't crowded? do you have any modified game files that could be causing problems?

    the game just don't load some people chars properly sometimes, you can fix it by switching of channel or just going far enough till you can't see that person anymore then coming back so the game do another load on him and fix it

    We call this 'lemonface' when it happens to one person, and it is usually fixed by simply reloading the map.
    OP is describing a different issue, however. In his/her scenario, EVERYONE is affected by this visual bug and the issue does not go away even after restarting the game or repairing the launcher.

    I'd suggest turning off your antivirus and running the game again. See if that works. I once had visual bugs as well, and temporarily shutting down windows defender fixed the issue for some dumb reason.

    It still does it even if reloading/change channels/running far away. And yes it even does it in dungeon runs.
