Atm it spikes from 171 to 239 and my friend up to 500..

today was worst, many player complaining it too.(normally random time for the past week, which will fine within few hour)
at first i think it was my line that suck...after running speed test and other games, turn out to be fine...
kinda sad where some player got just those few hours within everyday for doing dailies or dungeon...(say goodbye to dailies today)
hope u can found out what when wrong. or izzit the problem at our end.
This is 100% a routing problem and I'm pretty sure it's happening on a route in America (since a lot of Americans have these problems too). I hope your networking specialists can track the faulty node down and fix this asap.
Edit: From what I can remember, friday was pretty horrible with packet loss all day long. It got better at night (so probably a congested node since it got better with less people being online). Skill delay was noticable all weekend long but at least you could somewhat play the game (Decoy Jutsu would e.g. refuse to fix the camera position on use, Burning Heart would sometimes cancel midcast because of packet loss, etc.).
It got worse again yesterday (tuesday), back to the point when it was as bad as on friday initially. Bosses and characters would skip animations or you would just stare at non-moving models for up to 5 seconds straight. Playing SSHM would basically be a game of guessing right what happens next and muscle memory which - needless to say - gets rather frustrating after a while.
It didn't get any better since.

Cant do anything cause any bit of lag gets you killed in bg or in dg
Its been happening to me and many others this weekend, it has been an issue SINCE Ninja patch.
The friend doesn't have spike issues usually, specially not 500 ping
And of course usual lag during peak hours when many online...
Others in the party aren't able to even connect back in.
