cant finish downloading updates

in TERA PC - Bug Report
everytime i go to tera there is an update, my launcher starts updating, all works fine, after the first update download, my launcher shows| 21 or less min left. i wait the entire time, even for hours, and nothing happens, the play button is grey, when i try to run the repair thing, it is also grey. anyone knows how to fix this?
