    I was constantly having this problem....It never happened again after I went to Windows Security and added Tera as a firewall exception. Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall: Allow an app through Windows Firewall > click change settings then Allow another app option becomes available. Click that and then browse for your Tera Launcher path and hit add. It worked for me and I never had a problem again. Hopefully it works for you.

    i clicked everything and added the launcher path... but i still get the error.
  • ok so i think i solved it !

    my virus / malware program was the issue. I had to add the Tera file route to the list of "ignore".

    So now the program wont check Tera files from viruses etc. e.e

    phew~
