The communication between us, EmE and bhs
I don’t think I am the only one who is constantly frustrated giving our feedback to EmE and having EmE never respond back to us on how BHS has received that feedback. To date I don’t think any of our feedback has been actually implemented. I honestly don’t think EmE cares at all about our feedback. There are several issues in regard to pvp, talents and festivals where it’s clear that majority of the player base wants change. I honest I feel like it’s a ploy to make us feel heard.....

they keep talking about passing along our ideas or suggestions to bhs, but we never hear what bhs's response was. even if its bad news, at least we will know. before it was " soon ", or " we will look into it " , or some variation on that, now all we hear is mostly silience. if it weren't for @counterpoint , we wouldn't know most of the time whats going on. he does a lot for the forums. I may not always agree with him, but he gets my respect.
all in all, eme should at least try to make more of an effort to let us know what bhs says about our suggestions and answer more questions. I would also like to see the new cm more active in the forums " here " . I know she is new, but I don't really feel the care for the community from her like the rest of the cm's in the past. maybe time will tell, but who knows...who knows.
The downside to it, its hard to read back what has been discussed in the past with my fellow gamers.
tbh from what i hear they don't care about ktera either, the only reason it seems better is because they actually balance stuff around it
So frustrating that there is a lack of communication between us and BHS. Why do we even need EmE, so incompetent. It just frustrating as trying to communicate in Korean.
I hate when EmE employees complain when the community gets toxic. What did they expect the community to be when we get no feedback from BHS. We are ignored. What did they expect the job to be?

We kinda sorta had this before, on the old forum. But people got increasingly mad having reports week to week with no progress on the issues they were mad about, that eventually it was deemed better to stop having weekly reports than to keep having to deliver "the weekly bad news." I really can't imagine this would be any different here, unfortunately.
The issue you're really getting at beneath the surface isn't communication, it's "results." Having weekly communications about how "we still hear what you're saying but aren't going to do anything about it right now" won't make anyone happy. In other words, I think you assume at some level that the reason we're not seeing more action is because BHS isn't aware of our concerns. I think it's more the case that BHS is aware of our concerns and has simply decided not to act upon them "at this time." A weekly reminder of this probably won't help morale more than the silence.
(Despite this, I still think more and better communication is needed on other issues EME can control.)
