The communication between us, EmE and bhs

I don’t think I am the only one who is constantly frustrated giving our feedback to EmE and having EmE never respond back to us on how BHS has received that feedback. To date I don’t think any of our feedback has been actually implemented. I honestly don’t think EmE cares at all about our feedback. There are several issues in regard to pvp, talents and festivals where it’s clear that majority of the player base wants change. I honest I feel like it’s a ploy to make us feel heard.....

What’s the point of giving feedback if they do nothing with it?

    i know right..spacecats talked about eme was going to be more transparent from now on a little after the flying dragon mess, and he did try to be. he did ignore questions or change the subject, and sometimes got snotty over the ones he didn't want to answer for whatever reason. we did have a couple of eme staff members that would come online and answer questions, but now it is a rare thing to see.
    they keep talking about passing along our ideas or suggestions to bhs, but we never hear what bhs's response was. even if its bad news, at least we will know. before it was " soon ", or " we will look into it " , or some variation on that, now all we hear is mostly silience. if it weren't for @counterpoint , we wouldn't know most of the time whats going on. he does a lot for the forums. I may not always agree with him, but he gets my respect.
    all in all, eme should at least try to make more of an effort to let us know what bhs says about our suggestions and answer more questions. I would also like to see the new cm more active in the forums " here " . I know she is new, but I don't really feel the care for the community from her like the rest of the cm's in the past. maybe time will tell, but who knows...who knows.

    I also want to adress is ever since EME opened a Discord server the communication here on the forums are almost completely dead, when i want a fast awnser i mostly go there now.
    The downside to it, its hard to read back what has been discussed in the past with my fellow gamers.
  • To me it has always been pretty clear that BHS cares about korea and little else. Therefore, I am not even surprised if western feedback gets tossed aside.

    tbh from what i hear they don't care about ktera either, the only reason it seems better is because they actually balance stuff around it

    I hate when EmE employees complain when the community gets toxic. What did they expect the community to be when we get no feedback from BHS. We are ignored. What did they expect the job to be?

    We kinda sorta had this before, on the old forum. But people got increasingly mad having reports week to week with no progress on the issues they were mad about, that eventually it was deemed better to stop having weekly reports than to keep having to deliver "the weekly bad news." I really can't imagine this would be any different here, unfortunately.

    The issue you're really getting at beneath the surface isn't communication, it's "results." Having weekly communications about how "we still hear what you're saying but aren't going to do anything about it right now" won't make anyone happy. In other words, I think you assume at some level that the reason we're not seeing more action is because BHS isn't aware of our concerns. I think it's more the case that BHS is aware of our concerns and has simply decided not to act upon them "at this time." A weekly reminder of this probably won't help morale more than the silence.

    (Despite this, I still think more and better communication is needed on other issues EME can control.)

    reporting once a week when theres nothing to report may be a bit steep but they still need to be showing a presence and have some interaction !

    I remember that. The forums basically thought EME had actually told everyone to go f**k themselves.

    We have a developer who don't know how to publish its own game that why game forge is so successful at tera EU just look at their player base that speaks for it self so that the problem bhs don't know how to publish a game and that what is happening with eme is apart of bhs so that why we have all these issues for six damn years now feedback has been given better we stop talk cause this forum as i said before feels like a place to submit tickets only complains and no answers. Better we use discord cause like eme staff don't be on forums 24/7 or their browser is mostly closed but discord runs in their background this forum is old news or outdated technology discord is better lol.
  • I bet they just want Let tera rest in peace, cause they are working in a new Kind of tera, but with unreal engine 4. And a lot of things that people love, like open world, fornite style and minecraft build and farming mode.
