Console mini map - how to show upstairs/downstairs levels?

Hi all

in my (so far futile) attempt of finding Cradoc in the Sanguine Hideouts (any hints on where to find him greatly appreciated, as he remains elusive) I watched a PC vid showing that they could mouse click the 'storey up / storey down' icons on the mini map for better understanding of the Necromancer Tomb. How do we do that on console, please?

    U have to "zoom out" with circle (PS4) to the small scale map. Then re-select the area you're in. Cradoc I think it's citadel of torment. click on the name and it should bring into the map for it. You should be able to use the up/down level icons then.
