Do Store Purchases made on PC work for PS4?
I am in the current Beta for Ps4 and thought to add some upgrades and elite status but was not sure if they will apply for PS4? i dont mind waiting but just wondered.

No, they wont.
You need to buy from PS or Xbox stores.
Console is still in it's beta stages so it'll still be awhile yet until you should spend money, going to have to wait until full release for that (no date has been set btw afaik).
