About Merge and Transfer
Hello!
I have two rather newly created chars on CH. I just came back and wanted to get into the game again. Now i heard that we can transfer characters from CH to other servers for free due to the upcoming merge (which does not include CH). I have some questions about that.
How would i transfer those chars over to AV?
I would need additional character slots anyways, but i will not be able to buy them with gold for a while. Is it true that we get some free ones before the transfer event? And what is the time limitation for the free transfer?
If i would move the characteres to TR instead (which will get merged with AV as far as i know), would that mean that my account is blocked until i remove 2 of the 5 characters that i want to keep, with no other action i could do to prevent any of those characters getting removed?

Then click on Transfer Character button and continue with the procedures.

In your situation, I would wait for the week before the merger to know how many character slots they will give you, but I'm almost certain it will be more than 2.
Then you would:
1. Go onto AV (where your other four characters are), claim and use the character slot items (to increase your max to 6)
2. Transfer your two characters from CH to AV
The transfers will go all the way until the merger on 18 September.
Now, when the merge is over, they'll all be on the new PvE server.
About the character slot extensions, in one of the links above it stated
"Edit: From Friday, September 9, 2016 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 10 a.m. (PDT), server transfers will only be available FROM Fey Forest TO Ascension Valley."
Does that exclude any other transfers or is it only restricting transfers from AV to FF?
