What is the point of this Plunder Glyph?

I have no idea if that link works right or not (been having trouble with it lately)

Seriously, what is the point of this reaper plunder glyph as it it does not even use less glyph points then the default one. The energetic is better giving you 30% decreased cooldown on pendulum strike and costing 2 glyph points whereas the plunder gives 20% decreased cooldown and uses the same amount of glyph points.

    It's just showing you the glyph you had before so you can compare. You had the white first, then you got the green. You still get to see both.

    No prob. Also note that blues and some greens are considered master glyphs. They do not drop on Sabex/Macelarius. The vanguard glyph token shop doesn't have them either. The way I know to get them is through IoD tokens, by either buying the rare glyph crate for an rng, or directly for 300 shadetop tokens(from nagas, giants and hydras) Happy glyph hunting.
