Guild not showing when trying to add to the TERA.ENMASSE site

Hello TERA,

I was trying to add our Guild to the TERA site and I am getting an error You have no guild on this server.
My game account and my account on the site are associated with the same email so I am not sure what I might be doing wrong - or if this is even the right place to post such a thing. (would support be a better avenue for a resolve?)
