Need some help with char slot !

Hello guys, im sorry to bother u, probably having a lot of trouble, but I don't wanna be annoying, but a friend of mine logged into my account and used the character slots that u guys gave to us on the MT server, but I`m not decided yet, so I`ld like to ask if u guys could remove the used slots so I can make my mind until the server merges.

    You're not going to get the help you need by posting in the forums. You need to submit a ticket.

    I'm also not sure if they can help because if anyone else has access to your account, then they might as well be you. It's not like it was "unauthorized access" if you gave them your password. This is basically why you should never share your credentials with anyone.

    But besides that, yeah, unfortunately I think you will have to try again to submit a ticket.

    OP, you don't need to post this in multiple forums. It's not going to help you.
    But what exactly is going on with not being able to create a support ticket? Why are you not able to?

    Also...if you gave your friend access to your account, they probably won't take the slots off of MT (if that's even possible) since you let them use your account.
