Buying emp from site

Hello there :)
Long story short, ive downloaded tera to my ps4 with a US accout that i made (my original accout doesnt have tera in the stroe cuz my region is not supported)
But i started playing it on my original non-supported account
As a resault, i can't buy anything in the in game store, not emp or anything

My question is, if i link my account from enmasse site to my ps4 accout
And buy the emp directly from the site to my accout
Will it work? Or is that to much to ask?
I really wanna buy some stuff but that mistake i made with my ps4 account kinda blocked this for good

    I think you'll have to buy it on the US account, but the items are all tradeable. you can always buy it and parcel it to your other account.

    Everything is tradable?
    Even lets say, elite status card or the bank expension and stuff like that?

    You have to be on the same server to email things.
