On the site it says we have until June 23rd for the Steadfast tokens, does that mean on the 23rd we have until the night so we can get 15 tokens on the 23rd or that it's over on the 23rd.

Doubt you can get an extra 5 on the 23rd since maintenance occurs in the morning while the tokens are awarded at night like fed bills/elite freebies.
Thing is, the 23rd is not a Tuesday, it's a Thursday... so I guess the question remains: at what time will it all end?
