I used the 8 slots that they gave us, bringing my total slots to 19. Deleted toons and made sure banks were in order. I ended up with 16 toons which would give me extra slots. I logged into the game and it tells me I need to delete 5 before I can play?? They all have items and gold on them. I did do a ticket on the issue but thought I'd come here and see if anyone else had the same problem

    Thats weird i had 13 slots on mt and 4 on ch
    I used the four of the 8 free slots and ended with all my toons in same server no problem for me.
    Pd maybe you forget to transfer every character to one server only.
    I did that before merge and everything worked fine

    You say total slots, which makes me think you mean combined... you only get to keep the highest number you have.. so if you had 11 on one server and 8 on the other, you get 11 after the merge. if you made a mistake, try a support ticket. they're pretty nice after merges

    Yeah, as was said, it does not "total" your slots. It just takes the value from the highest server. So assuming you used 8 slots on a server that had 3 characters/slots before, it would take you to 11, and so on. I'm not saying it should work that way, but it did.
