Blood Shadow weapon skin for Ninja has vanished from my inventory!

I know we have a new stealthy, sneaky class, but I didn't know that the weapon skin I had just bought would vanish from my inventory. I was unable to equip it as it was showing up as red, but it has disappeared completely from my costume tab. I also have not been refunded the EMP that I used to pay for this weapon skin. Where has it gone, and will it be fixed and returned?

    Found it back in its box in the alchemy tab (still unusable). It's also been removed from the store. Must be a bug, as the Ninja costumes/weapon skins obtained with fashion coupons are not available either.

    The boxes stated they could be used for ninjas, but the actual ninja weapon skin was not in game yet. They had a maintenance this morning to fix this issue, but it didn't go as planned. As a result, the boxes have been removed from the store. As for the fashion coupon skins, I believe EnMasse has stated that they will be added within the next week.
