I just started a reaper I want to know how to maximize my DPS
So my reaper is level 40 and I mainly want to do pvp, (so get to lvl 65 as fast as possible to get pvp)
the problem is that I don't know any combos or rotations or guidelines (I have no idea how to use rotations or guidelines much less know the optimal rotations and guidelines means FYI)
Is the PvP meta game is better than PvE
