    Nope that didn't work.

    Sometimes deleting your hosts file in c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/ can fix this problem if a restart doesn't help. Otherwise your firewall or router or isp is blocking your access to tera's server list, try disabling firewall/using a vpn.

    A guildie used to have this problem. He said he fixed it by logging in with proxy and then logging out properly, after closing proxy you'd have to check there was a "terminating...." message in the console command. Then you log in normally and should be able to start the game.
