I was actually in that party with you if it was a TSNM queue. 90% of what you've said is made up.
    1) You didn't know the mechanics of TSHM but you simply didn't heal, allowing multiple people to die. By the end of the first boss most people were at 10% health or on the ground.
    2) You had the wrong crystals even though the welcome message tells you which crystals you should use.
    3) Nobody tried to report you for being bad. We literally said because you didn't know the mechanics it was just better for you to just sit on the side and heal and let the two experienced people in the party handle the mechanics.
    4) You walked straight into several orange AOE circles on yana and caused yana to absorb two buffs.
    5) There were 2 people floormatting the whole time on yana that you refused to res.
    6) The tank called for a reset because yana had absorbed two buffs and you didn't know how to res because you said "it'll take you outside the dungeon".
    7) We waited 10 minutes for you inside and you still didn't res and we decided to dps down yana.
    8) You sat there floormatted and not ressed for a further 10 minutes not doing anything, not even getting into the dungeon.
    9) The tank that died "22 times" had full starfall and actually didn't die 22 times. You've exhausted all your neophyte resuscitations by the time yana absorbed the second buff.
    10) It was specified at the beginning and before yana that two of the people in the party were going for yana achievements and simply told you to do nothing but heal and stand out to the side, which you didn't do.
It's funny how you change the story and appear to be the victim, even making up something about someone else dying "22 times" when you've wasted all your noobie resses within 5 minutes of the last boss. You are simply a bad healer because you didn't have the right crystals, didn't know how to heal, didn't bother to even read a guide before attempting the dungeon, didn't understand your own skills after 65 levels, and are simply lying about almost everything you've said in this post. Oh, and nobody tried to report you. That's the most inexcusable lie you've made up in this whole thread. You're just a fox trying to generate sympathy by lying to people.

I don't even know what TSHM Is so I doubt very much you were even in the group with me considering I'm only a lvl 30 so I really have no idea what you are going on about?

Well. What dungeon was it anyway? Sinestral Manor? That dungeon isn't that difficult but some people do derp at the last boss. Not sure why. It's a common arachen bam with some tiny adds around. Heck, if it was that dungeon, the adds are much more annoying than the boss, but other than that the dungeon is completely soloable by even healers at this stage. Maybe the Duke and his arcane death thing which can surprise and if not healed can drop anyone hit by it to like 10% HP or something. ABout general dungeon soloing on level up, just need to know a bit about the class and how mobs and bosses work.
  • Seriously people don't assume you were in the lvl 65 area's with me I'm not even a lvl 65 I just now hit lvl 40 today so I really have no damn clue why people are huffing and puffing assuming they know who I am in game. We were doing SM , people kept rushing the boss's I was behind them. Our Tank was a Zerker who kept leaping ahead of everyone and getting killed after two hits. I'd run to res them then get yelled at for resing them and not having a glyph to give them 100% stamina. I looked it up and don't even think a glyph like that exists for a low level. If it does I certainly don't know what one it would be. I spammed my lock on skills but if you run out of range it can still miss as it takes it a few seconds to even target lock. So no I'm really not a bad healer I've had several groups that I've ran with that did just fine even when taking damage , this group however was a nightmare. So again I wasn't with anyone with Starfall gear, I wasn't in a ll 65 area as I'm not anywhere near lvl 65 so yeah.

So it was SM.. yay, I finally guessed something right today. Anyway. You say your tank was a zerker? Does IMS even allows zerkers as tanks at low level? I guess not since zerker gets tank status at 65 after the intimidation quest. So I assume it was one of those "we are having difficulty making a party" kind of IMS which queues either 3 tanks and a dps or all dps. Only thing needed there is that one of the 5 people is a healer. Yeah, those runs can be trap because there's usually not an optimal party composition. Whoever does the most damage will get boss aggro, and since any newbie dps who gets aggro proceeds to run like a headless chicken while yelling "WTS AGGRO PLZ", the boss first proceeds to trample everyone, THEN have the mind to switch aggro, usually to the healer or to anyone frisky enough to pop some damage into it on that frenzy. Add salty people to this party and you get this huge taco salad of expeletives I won't even bother to say here.

Lol Thank you yeah my friend plays Zerker and was watching this all go down and she was facepalming like wth is that zerk doing LOL.

I found the glyph they talked about with 100% stamina and it's a lvl 60 glyph. I found a wonderful guide to help me a lot more but goodness I get that there are more alts than actual new players and I am a genuine noob but good grief. They mentioned how I have money so I can afford better gear simply because I'm elite and in rogue garbs. What the heck anyways I found a guild who has been helping me with stuff lately.

Well the group was me as a priest, zerker, two sorcs, and a gunner

Okay so I am a pretty new player and I play a priest. I've been very helpful to as many people as possible. I went into a dungeon today and while yes I am very new to being priest I tried to keep everyone alive but these people expect you to DIE so they can keep living and I am pretty sure that's not how it works.

Anyways one particular Tank * who died around 22 times mind you* decided to go on about how I'm a horrible priest. Keep in mind this same girl would jump out of every healing circle I cast. I'd try to cast heal she'd run to the other side avoiding it. I'd try to res she'd complain about it. Absolutely nothing I did was enough for this player.

So then she starts going on about how I can be reported for being a bad player. I tried to block her and report her but no matter how many times I clicked her, it wouldn't even bring up a window.

So this brings up a few questions am I a bad healer or were they simply a horrible tank?

I get that being a new priest is an annoyance but I am doing the best I Can with what I've got.

I don't think it's right to report a user Simply for being new to a class.

I have come across this before, For those type of players I reserve, targeting them specifically, and while they are attacking the boss I keep that healing circle under them and focus heal on them. I focus heal on tank mainly as they are what holds agro I need them alive. Well, they are supposed to hold agro, so that dps can do their job, often enough its the tank that deals the most damage. But yes often enough, I'll come across players like that. And when they get to that point of being the ones that are literally dying the most, That means they got something wrong with their set up or they simply are undergeared, or are purposely dying. Those that end up being asinine usually end up being ignored and left behind for me to focus on those that are actually...behaving so to speak. That's my way of dealing with them.

How could they be in the same Dungeon if they are on a different Server?

You can't block and report someone from other servers
    What they said.

Tip: if you find yourself getting upset. Do the mindfulness thing. Finish the dungeon, ignore the problem during the dungeon, do what is necessary for the good of the party. Then step away and breath.

There are people that play this game, "salty or Salt" is the reference to their attitude. Don't be salt. Be Spice. Be cool.

  • As several people commented, there is no rule against being totally new. And to be fair to both parties (the OP and the tank mentioned), this is one of the ways tanks strike a nerve with some people.

In fact, one guy, whose YouTube account is called TheLazyPeon, says this is one of the top 10 ways to be a certified ********* in the World of Warcraft.

There are several variations on this, but here's the basics: Tank runs ahead, tries to pull everything in the instance, and then the tank dies, and then the rest of the group watches as they get mincemeated by 1000 mobs. The tank then says "Where are my heals?" The only problem is, either the healer is having a mana break or they are intentionally avoiding heals to make the person playing healer look bad. So, then he tries the same stunt again, even when the healer is having a mana break, and once again leads to a wipe. This results in the tank screaming "Where are my heals? l2p, noobs." He then leaves and goes to another group and repeats the same crap over and over.

Seriously, that type of idiot is why we have so few healers. It makes new players reluctant to try healing.

I'll have to find the video, because this is much better demonstrated than explained.

    Ok peeps Brakes time.

Though it is true that a zerk is not a tank. If your dungeon, has not popped, and the system has not found ANYONE to que for the IDEAL team for that dungeon. A window pops up telling you this, that the ideal team with a proper tank, or dps CANNOT be found. You have two options continue to look for the tank dps, or stop looking for the tank /dps and just find anyway to pretty much party up in order to have a chance to clear the dungeon.

My guess is, Cancel was not clicked for the tank. Thus you have a team mainly of Dps, crowd control and a healer.

    So with that said.

    The secenario makes sense.
Sinester manor is technically an easy dungeon now.....provided you have done this dungeon before. If it's all greek to you then by all means, play it safe or watch a video and hope others have as well.

You will often be in a team, with people that will literally run a dungeon. You may be new to the dungeon where as others have not. They may be experienced gamers where as you may not be. With that said remember this one thing please,.....if you are new to the game....let your party know...Being new means you are new entirely.....This does two things...

Let's those experienced know in advance to go SLOWER, to let you catch up and experience the dungeon on better terms.
A lot of players will not listen and still run. You can't help that..stick with the main group and do the best you can.
