Can we remove 412 dugens or Guardian gear, Set Twist as default low tier one

    you haven’t understood the idea, guardian gear is useless even +6 is omega weak . Try to do ravenous George with 3 guardians +6 you may cannot beat first boss.

    I don’t remember an useless gear in the game. As guardian is, they even gift you item xp in 412 for what if guardian don’t need it. Even with idóneal gear people can play and complete demokron Factory or Channelworks
    By starting in 431 that is the actual low tier gear, new players can progress faster and save materials and gold for next gear steps.

    Put a new player to waste their time in 412 force to enchant that gear is sad. When with guardian mission you can progress faster than 412, even if the don’t want to remove them will be cool if the buffed them to 431. And remove guardian gear forever.

    Might help progression and new players time will be saved. To play with more friends.

    Imho, starter gear should be Frost Metal + 0 at the next patch cuz the devoloper is:

    1 - Adding more gear or stupid expensive new HO enchant levels each patch (ethereal jewelry and soon HO+3 will be BIS);
    2- They're increasing the iLVL needed for VG rewards for new content;

    Check this: Bahaar’s Temple 456 ilvl, Lyan’s Underground Temple (hard) iLVL 455, (even the NM version is 453 iLVL which is SC+7?!).

    And if nobody noticied, that's the way that the developer is making gear obsolete with the current gearing system..

    This isn't the core of the issue though -- changing default 65 gear to twistshard has nothing to do with the the majority of the issues as 412 being part of a learning progression. the biggest issue is the disjoint between awaken and non-awaken for all classes (soon) and that's a big impact. you do all the "learning" to find out that there's more at ilvl 439 and pretty much everything you learned about your class up til that point has almost no value relative to what you will need to know once you learn apex skills. what needs to be changed is for awakening quest to start at ilvl 412 rather than ilvl 439 where you've already learned half of the basic dungeons out there.

    You don't want to come out of ilvl 439 with apex skills and do little no damage ie. be sh**.

    Not really , every step is more expensive than before and required materials are even more harder to get.

    By separating ilvs they’re doing more money but also hurst the community, soon will be 5 or 6 gears to make the pw2 gap even more bigger.

    412 are "learning" dungeons, they should have never been worth to do for already geared players.
    new players can join guilds and ask for help, so queue times are not a problem

    also from guardian to frostmetal only takes about 18 hours max, if you play 2 hours a day you will get full frostmetal +0(including accesories), and thats for new players, if you just want to gear an alt its a lot easier and it shouldnt take more than 6 hours to do.

    Also the new storyline gives enough mats to get to twistshard +0 anyway. Why are you even crying<
  • Queque times aren’t ok lol, is hard even to find a 439 party. If more people start from 431 we can have more people to play rewarded dugens. Or at least add a 3 man 431 or 439 might helps a lot of

    i said they could join a guild and ask for help so they wont have to worry about queue times
  • Guilds are death lol seems like you haven't played the game on this month even Hardcore guilds have 3 of 130 members online.

    People are even asking for another server merge. I only ask for a reduction between gears to help new players. Core of the game are 431 and 439. Or at least the addition of a 3 men’s dugen for 431 or 439. Seems like you aren’t aware of lack of players or golden or silver talents problem xd.

    im well aware since i can no longer do 439+ now that i cant use proxy, core game is 446s btw.
    about the gold talents: you just need 1 hour and a FM+0 weap dps alt to get a good ammount everyday <.
    about silver talents, yea we need a little more drop of these.

    We need more ping friendly dungeons not just random useless 431s 439s

    Might cost 500.000 usd for a game like Tera. But if they love the game they can invest the money , seems like actual company have troubles routing IP adress.

    what? btw its not that easy, and its even harder now that many ppl left/dont trust EME anymore. Also my lag is because im too far away from the servers, i'd like if they could make a BR server, since im from Argentina a BR server would be great

    Seems the best option is wait. Game may survive till June 2019.

    Originally I thought with the intro of HO, they would probably remove guardians set, and shift the tiers downward once. For example, guardian mats can now be used in frost, and frost mats use on storm, then storm mats used on NO. As that's how it's always been (sort of), when you have a new vm set, the old mid tier becomes new low tier and is much much easier to enchant and masterwork. But I guess I was expecting a little too much xd.

    Guess they now want 4 tier sets. But if they follow their own thread, eventually Guardian will disappear. But by then, the whole configuration of the game will make the next gear set as low tier as guardian is.

    We all have many ideas onto how to train newbies when they reach 65 and start with the dungeon grind. I used to call for real training dungeons that actually explained the mechs. But now I don't think that's a good idea because people don't read anyway. My new vision would be to make low tier dungeons harder, or at least bring in wipes for not following mechs. Make everything after 65 be worthy of being called "end game".
