Why aren't we important anymore?
"We are going to be adding bad-[filtered] stuff to the calendar, we are going to do better and listen to what the community wants." I remember this being said in a stream on twitch. Did Space Cats see the end of tera? The fact you are murdering it? You brought it out on Console that is great, as that happened our so called "community manager" was supposed to pay attention to what us in the PC community have wanted and have said. Where have you been? WHAT IS THIS MESS?
You have taken the events away and changed the amount for the rewards and for veteran players like myself, what the literal heck?! 150 boxes for a crappy reward it was ridiculous. You took the rewards from the calendar and replaced it with JUNK. 4 talents doesn't get you ANYWHERE in tera unless you're massively grinding, you should know this EME you set it up that way. When I started back in 2013 as a small sorc 1 Kuma outside Jordocs' farm would splatter you into tiny pieces all over the countryside. You listened to the community and they wanted it to be easier, and so you dumbed it down a bit, and continued over these years. You increased the lvl cap took away the harder dungeons replaced them with mechanics and trash. You tweak this dungeon and that dungeon and it ends up not being any fun for anyone. The Meters OK I understand that everyone wants some fair game play, and no one likes being told they suck in a dungeon. You took away all the fashion in the shop without notice, explanation or care to the community. Saying you would replace it with more stuff, like what? You changed all the prices to 195 instead of the typical 150, merged the servers together, crashed the market, added more junk to do in that isn't even worth anyones' time. I understand "its there, its free don't complain." I LOVE THIS GAME, I have REFUSED to play other games because of my dedication to tera and the community. Speaking of which where did the Developer road-map go? When was the last time YOU actually took some time out to spend with THIS community. Console is making you money now, but we have been here this whole time. TERA PC Started you guys moving to console, you're making money because WE THE COMMUNITY MADE IT POPULAR. WHERE IS OUR THANK YOU? You have slapped us in the face with your constant changes that HAVE NOT helped us in the game at all.

I could see the Dressing Room being complete but some items being rare/ seasonal store purchases. Or I could see the Dressing Room being incomplete but only showing you what you can presently purchase - but this odd combination of only showing random items is very annoying.
It's sad to see something I'd love to wear only to find that it hasn't been in the store for months and may not be for many more.
I don't expect free cosmetics, but loot box costumes also are awful. I don't want to spend $100 or more an outfit to eventually get the one I want. I could go buy real clothes with that kind of money that I wear myself!
Right now I split my time between BDO and Tera and even though BDO costumes cost me like $30 bucks which everyone over there complains about, they look AMAZING and I know for $30 it's mine. I don't have to worry I will end up spending $200 RNG and walk away with the worst prizes possible from a loot box.
I'm not a hardcore player - so all the people moving to EU - I don't even really understand why and don't care. I just want to have fun - my end goal is maybe to reach APEX and nothing more. I don't need to be elite. But let me have my casual grind in nice outfits please.

Netcode is so bad that makes BF4 on launch look good. "the desyncs are too stronk"
The game already got old and never bothered in fixing or updating or to follow the original story line "new better looking games are coming or are out"

RNG boxes should be gone instead introduce Loot, material, boosters, direct buy to costumes being able to COLOR EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM bring the old fashion npc back.
well this is mostly why tera stopped being important BHS didnt and will not give a flying duck about tera.
BDO also has it where the outfit is locked to the class rather than that specific character, right? So if you have a dark knight and you get bored of the current outfit you can sell it to another dark knight later?
it seem like tera, bind to your character and remember you cant sell directly to another player, you need to use their trade broker
